Peptide Therapy

My body used to recover well.
Now everything feels slower —
healing, energy, focus, recovery.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the body’s own signaling molecules — that direct healing, regulate hormones, modulate the immune system, and support cellular repair. Therapeutic peptides amplify processes your body already knows how to run, just more slowly than it once did.

At One Tree, we prescribe only peptides with established clinical evidence, sourced exclusively from FDA-registered compounding pharmacies. Every protocol begins with your full history and a thorough review of what’s appropriate for your situation. You get realistic expectations — not promises.

“I’d read about peptides online and wasn’t sure what was real. Dr. Jamie explained exactly which ones had solid evidence for my situation, what to expect, and what the monitoring would look like. No hype — just clear information.

What Peptides Are

Signaling molecules your body already uses.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — smaller than proteins, larger than individual amino acids. The body produces them naturally as signaling molecules: they bind to specific receptors and trigger precise biological processes. Hormone production, tissue repair, immune modulation, cellular regeneration — all governed in part by peptide signaling.

As the body ages, peptide production declines. The healing that once happened efficiently becomes slower. The immune response becomes less precise. Recovery from injury or illness takes longer. Therapeutic peptides restore the signaling your body depends on to run these processes — using compounds it already recognizes.

Because peptides work through specific receptors rather than broadly across the body, they tend to produce targeted effects with favorable safety profiles when used appropriately and monitored correctly.

Our Prescribing Approach

Evidence-based. Monitored. Transparent.

The peptide space is crowded with hype. At One Tree, the standard is clinical evidence — not anecdote, not trend. Every peptide we prescribe has established evidence for the specific indication we’re addressing.

FDA-registered sources only — All peptides prescribed at One Tree are sourced exclusively from FDA-registered compounding pharmacies that adhere to strict quality control for purity, potency, and sterility.

Thorough evaluation first — Comprehensive laboratory testing and full medical history review before any protocol is designed. The labs inform which peptides are appropriate — and which aren’t — for your specific situation.

Realistic expectations — Potential benefits, possible side effects, regulatory status for off-label uses, and the importance of protocol adherence are all discussed clearly before you commit to anything.

Regular monitoring — Follow-up appointments and laboratory monitoring allow Dr. Jamie to assess progress, adjust dosing, and ensure optimal outcomes while minimizing risks over the course of your protocol.

Peptides We Commonly Prescribe

What the evidence actually supports.

These are the peptides most frequently relevant at One Tree, organized by what they’re most commonly used for. Which ones are appropriate for you depends entirely on what your history and labs show.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) — One of the most clinically supported peptides for gut healing, tissue repair, and systemic inflammation. Accelerates healing of tendons, ligaments, and gut mucosa. Relevant for gut-driven inflammation, IBD, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain with inflammatory components.

Thymosin Alpha-1 — Immune modulation — particularly relevant for autoimmune conditions, chronic infections, and immune dysregulation. Supports immune system calibration rather than simple suppression or stimulation.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin — Growth hormone secretagogues used in combination. Support tissue repair, recovery, body composition, and sleep quality by stimulating the pituitary’s natural growth hormone release rather than introducing exogenous GH.

PT-141 (Bremelanotide) — Acts through neural pathways to address low libido in both women and men. FDA-approved for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women. Relevant when hormonal optimization alone hasn’t fully addressed the issue.

Epitalon — Telomerase activator with longevity applications. Supports cellular repair mechanisms relevant to biological aging and mitochondrial function. Used within anti-aging and longevity protocols.

The Process

How peptide therapy works at One Tree.

The protocol is built around what your labs show and what you’re actually trying to address — not a default peptide stack. The initial consultation is two hours because the history matters as much as the labs.

01

Free 40-Min Consultation

A conversation about your health goals, what you’ve already tried, and whether peptide therapy is likely to be useful for your specific situation.

02

Initial Consultation — 2 Hours

Full medical history, symptom review, and treatment goals. Comprehensive baseline labs covering inflammatory markers, hormonal status, metabolic function, immune indicators, and anything specific to your presentation. Includes one 15-min follow-up call once lab results are available.

03

Protocol Design

Dr. Jamie reviews your results and designs a specific protocol: which peptides, what doses, delivery method, and administration schedule. Realistic expectations for timeline and response are part of this conversation — not an afterthought.

04

Monitoring & Adjustment

Regular follow-up appointments and lab monitoring to assess your response, adjust dosing, and ensure the protocol is working as intended. Peptide therapy is an ongoing calibration, not a set-and-forget prescription.

What to expect

🕐

Peptide protocols take time to produce measurable results — typically weeks to months depending on the peptide and what you’re addressing. Response varies by individual.

🔍

Not every presentation is suited to peptide therapy. If the evaluation doesn’t identify a clear indication, Dr. Jamie will tell you that directly rather than designing a protocol unlikely to help.

📋

The regulatory landscape for peptides changes. Dr. Jamie maintains transparency about the current status of each peptide prescribed — including off-label uses — so you can make fully informed decisions.

I had ordered peptides online with no idea whether what I received was real. Working with Dr. Jamie was completely different —  a clear protocol and monitoring throughout. Three months in, the difference in my energy and recovery is significant.
