Anti-Aging &
Longevity Medicine

I don't want to wait for a diagnosis.
I want to feel good now โ€”
and keep feeling that way.

Longevity medicine isn’t about living longer at any cost. It’s about extending your healthspan โ€” the years you spend feeling genuinely well, sharp, and capable. We target the underlying processes that drive accelerated aging: cellular senescence, chronic low-grade inflammation, hormonal decline, and metabolic dysfunction.

This is proactive care, not reactive medicine. We assess your current biological age and identify what’s accelerating it โ€” before it becomes a diagnosis. Advanced labs, targeted supplementation, peptide therapy, and lifestyle medicine combined into a protocol built specifically for where your body is right now.

“I felt fine โ€” but I wanted to understand what was actually happening inside. Not waiting for a problem to develop. Understanding my biological age now and doing something about it.

What Longevity Medicine Is

Healthspan, not just lifespan.

The goal of longevity medicine isn’t simply to extend life โ€” it’s to extend the quality of that life. The distinction matters: many people live long lives while experiencing decades of declining function, chronic illness, and diminished capacity. Healthspan medicine asks a different question: how long can you remain genuinely well?

This requires a different approach than reactive medicine. Instead of waiting for symptoms or diagnoses, longevity medicine measures the biological processes driving aging and intervenes before they become clinical. The earlier you understand your biological age โ€” and the gap between it and your chronological age โ€” the more you can do about it.

At One Tree, longevity work combines advanced biomarker assessment, targeted interventions proven to affect the aging process, and a protocol that evolves as your biology changes over time.

The Drivers of Accelerated Aging

What we target โ€” and why.

Aging isn’t one process โ€” it’s a cluster of interconnected biological changes, each of which can be accelerated or slowed. These are the four primary drivers One Tree addresses:

Cellular senescence โ€” As cells age, some stop dividing but don’t die โ€” they become senescent cells that secrete inflammatory signals and impair the function of surrounding tissue. Targeting senescence is one of the most active areas of longevity research.

Chronic low-grade inflammation โ€” Sometimes called inflammaging โ€” the persistent, low-level inflammatory state that accumulates with age and drives tissue damage, metabolic dysfunction, and cognitive decline. Identifying and addressing its sources is a central longevity intervention.

Hormonal decline โ€” The decline of estrogen, testosterone, DHEA, growth hormone, and thyroid hormone that accompanies aging affects metabolism, cognition, muscle mass, energy, and immune function. Optimizing hormonal status is one of the most impactful longevity levers available.

Mitochondrial & metabolic dysfunction โ€” Mitochondria โ€” the cell’s energy-producing organelles โ€” decline in number and function with age. Metabolic dysfunction follows. Interventions that support mitochondrial health have significant downstream effects on energy, cognition, and cellular repair.

What We Measure

Your biological age โ€” and what's driving it.

Standard annual labs tell you whether you’re in range for common diseases. Longevity labs tell you something more useful: how fast your body is biologically aging, which systems are under the most stress, and where targeted intervention will have the greatest impact.

The assessment at One Tree goes well beyond routine panels โ€” measuring the markers that actually predict long-term health trajectory and identifying the specific processes accelerating your aging.

What We Investigate

Biological age markers (telomere assessment, epigenetic age)  ยท  Inflammatory load (comprehensive CRP, IL-6, TNF-alpha)  ยท  Full hormonal panel (sex hormones, DHEA, cortisol, thyroid)  ยท  Mitochondrial function markers  ยท  Metabolic health (fasting insulin, glucose, lipids)  ยท  Cognitive and energy status  ยท  Nutrient status relevant to aging  ยท  Gut health and systemic inflammation contributors

Interventions we use

Bioidentical Hormone Optimization

Restoring hormonal environment to the levels that support energy, cognition, metabolism, and immune function.

Peptide Therapy

Targeted peptides including Epitalon (telomerase activation), BPC-157 (cellular repair), and growth hormone secretagogues for tissue recovery and body composition.

Advanced Nutritional & Supplement Protocols

Based on your specific lab findings โ€” not a generic longevity stack. Targeting deficiencies and insufficiencies that accelerate aging.

Lifestyle Medicine Integration

Sleep optimization, metabolic health, stress regulation, and exercise guidance โ€” the foundation that determines how well every other intervention works.

How It Works

Building a longevity protocol at One Tree.

Longevity medicine is a long game. The protocol isn’t a single intervention โ€” it’s an ongoing relationship with your biology, tracking how it changes and adjusting what you’re doing in response.

01

Free 40-Min Consultation

A conversation about where you are, what you’re noticing, and what you want your healthspan to look like. Dr. Jamie PA-C, PhD will help you understand which assessment starting point makes most sense.

02

Comprehensive Baseline Assessment

Advanced lab panels covering biological age markers, inflammatory load, full hormonal status, mitochondrial function, metabolic health, and nutrient status. This is the map your protocol is built from.

03

Protocol Design

A personalized longevity protocol based on what your labs show: which drivers are most active, which interventions have the highest expected impact for your specific biology, and what to prioritize first.

04

Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustment

Regular reassessment to track your biological age trajectory and adjust the protocol as your body responds. Longevity medicine isn’t static โ€” it evolves as you do.

What to expect

๐Ÿ•

Longevity work is long-term by nature. The most meaningful markers โ€” biological age, inflammatory load, hormonal status โ€” shift over months and years, not weeks. The protocol is designed with that timeline in mind.

๐Ÿ”

The goal is what’s true for your biology โ€” not a default longevity stack applied to everyone. What your labs show determines what’s prescribed. If something isn’t indicated, it won’t be recommended.

โš•๏ธ

Longevity medicine works best alongside conventional preventive care, not instead of it. Dr. Jamie PA-C,PhD works collaboratively with your primary care provider when relevant.

๐Ÿ“‹

This is proactive medicine โ€” most people who come to One Tree for longevity work feel reasonably well. The value is in understanding your biology before problems develop, not after.

โ€œ

I came to One Tree feeling fine but wanting to understand my actual biology.ย  Jamie ran a full longevity panel and found significant mitochondrial stress and elevated inflammatory markers I had no symptoms of. Eighteen months into the protocol, my biological age markers have improved meaningfully. I feel better than I did ten years ago.
