Neural Therapy

Neural Therapy

What is Neural Therapy and how can it help?

Neural therapy is a safe and simple method of addressing various medical concerns.  While limited in it’s use in the United States, it is a common practice in Europe.  It is taught in European medical schools.  Neural Therapy addresses illness and pain stemming from disruptions in the body’s electrical system. These disruptions, called “interference fields,” indicate irregular cell membrane function and lead to abnormal responses in the autonomic nervous system.

The autonomic nervous system connects and regulates every cell in your body. After an injury, this system increases blood flow to the affected area. When circulation doesn’t normalize afterward, interference fields develop. Cells within these fields carry abnormal electrical charges on their surfaces, sending distorted signals through the nerves to the brain and triggering irregular autonomic responses.

These interference fields can form in scars, ganglia, teeth, organs, or anywhere inflammation exists. They may also appear far from where symptoms manifest. A gallbladder surgery scar might cause shoulder pain, for instance, or a tooth extraction could result in chronic lower back pain.

At One Tree Integrative Medicine, we identify interference fields through applied kinesiology—testing muscle strength. When we direct your body’s attention to a disturbance, an indicator muscle weakens. Simply touching a suspect scar or problematic tooth may weaken the muscle, signaling an interference field’s presence.

Once identified, interference fields can be treated with local anesthetic injections. Caine class anesthetics stabilize cell membranes, with preservative-free procaine. By restoring proper cell membrane potential, procaine enhances cellular metabolism. This improvement allows cells to expel toxins and absorb nutrients more effectively, reducing pain while restoring normal organ function and energy flow.
